• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are inappropriate for the platform

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize us to charge the designated payment method for any applicable fees.

For subscription services, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period.

The Service may facilitate communications between homebuyers and building professionals. We are not responsible for the content of these communications, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any projects, services, or information shared through the platform.
